Extremely Poor Service

I am extremely disappointed and unhappy with the poor service from Telkom.

Euphoria Golf Estate & Hydro has been without internet connections since the 24th of September 2013, the fault was logged on the morning of the 25th with reference number 142ATK250913 and we were informed that a technician would be dispatched.

Numerous follow ups were done on Thursday and Friday but no consultant could give any feedback on the progress or when the fault would be fixed.

On Monday the 30 of September I spoke to various consultants and after insisting to speak to a supervisor or manager I was transferred to Moses, Moses listened to my concerns and assured me that he would get back to me within a couple of hours, this unfortunately never happened and I had to make another follow up call this morning, Tuesday the 1st of October.

What do I have to do to get Telkom to respond and fix the fault and how are they going to compensate us for the loss of business due to their faulty equipment?

We were contemplating to install two more lines at the Estate but after this incident we might have to make use of other communication service providers.
