Undesirable SMS Message

I have just received an sms from 2783921007543889 stating that I have received a video - click to open etc: bzm.tv/w/m=27832690521 31923 subscription service R7/day Opt Out diam 0110621412. I don't see why I should phone to opt out of something I never opted to be in in the first place but to stop R7 being deducted every day I phoned but the number is continuously engaged.
Surely this is illegal - how can MTN allow this to continue.
Please don't repeat your WASp story. You have a contract with them... so fix the contract and / or GET THEM UNDER CONTROL. They have no permission to send me anything. IF they deduct anything from me, be very sure it will be recovered from your payment.
