Pathetic service, worst I have ever received

Ok so let me continue from the last complaint, where Vodacom gave me a new contract and instead of doing a sim swop they gave me a new number, after being told 5 different stories over 7 days I told them to cancel, now they are trying to do the sim swop for me so my old number has been deactivated and no one can get hold of me and the sim swop hasn't happened yet, not only that I am told the contract is still cancelled and they coming to collect the phone. I cannot get through to anyone else but the online department so at this moment I have my old phone which I cannot use because the sim card has been deactivated I have the new phone which switches off constantly and doesnt nOt pick up calls and I cant use that sim as it is a micro sim. I am BEYOND FURIOUS AS I NEED MY PHONE FOR WORK!!! SOMEONE HAS TO CALL ME NOW!!!
