I noticed that my airtime on my phone just "disappeard" within a week. I called Autopage to be told that I have subscribed to a number "32987" that charges R7 p/d - since 28 Dec '12. They gave me the number of Sprint Media. I contact Sprint Media to be told it is for internet serivce. Why would I subscribe for an internet service when I have "free" internet on my Blackberry! Sprint Media said that they only act on behalf of Ultra Telecoms. I call Ultra Telecoms who told me to e-mail support@ [URL Removed] to get proof that I did subscribe. News Flash: On 28 Dec I receive an sms with the following wording: You have received a video preview. Click to opend [URL Removed] and my cel number (16 only) 31923 subscription service R7/day opt out dial 011 0621412. I did nothing. I did not open the link. I did not send an sms... I DID NOT SUBSCRIBE TO THIS SERVICE! AutoP tell me that they cannot give me an itemised billing on my account so AUTOPAGE cannot proof that I did or did not send this sms AUTOP this is a bit of a problem for you - FIX it. How can AUTOP just deduct this money from my account because some external person tell them to do so. I moved from Vodacom caz it happend before
