Illegal Charge

Dear Mantoa - MTN RFQ:2144699.
This still does not answer the question as to where I have given authority to debit my MTN account wiht any subscription fees! I have not entered into any agreement with any WASP's and as such you can not bill me for any content charges. Unless of course they can prove that I spcifically requested and or actually agreed to their subscription charges! For this particular point in case we were not evn on the web when this particular "activation" took place!

My contract is with MTN and not with any WASP companies that you have decided may bring some extra income! As a consumer I am being ripped off for something that I have never agreed to! End of story!
