To date my device is still not being fixed after several emails and attempts to Sipho via email regarding my phone which is with the store since 20th August 2013
I have been charged a monthly subscription fee for this and the service I get from Sipho Is very poor
Even when replying to my emails he addresses me as Hi ...? As per correspondence from your repair centre
Sipho did not even sent the phone to them after it has been returned to the store not being repaired
His instruction to me last week was to fetch the phone from the store and it is still not fixed
By now I am sure you would try and understand that I am fuming Not sure if I am being made a fool deliberately from that department. Please advise accordingly and have this query resolved as soon as possible
