No Prices

Last year Beacon had a competition running on their packets of sweets, i eventually got 14 prices, and was in contact with Sipho from TLC marketing, i won a Pedi and Manicure and my booking was made during the week so i could not go, i was informed that the prices is valid until Oct 2014, i then phoned the salon where the booking was made and was informed that they don't that. up until now, i did not receive any feedback from Sipho nor do i have any info on the "Prices" i won. all together 25 emails was sent to Sipho back and forth and I still don't have any feedback on the prices. I am now wondering if their even was any prices to be given away.
This is really disappointing
