APPLE I PHONE S4-CELL 0832690428 NOT REPAIRED YET

My Apple phone had a problem with the micro speaker and I took it to the store for repairs. Coincidently the serial number on the sim tray and the phone did not correspond but I still had the invoice and the box in which the phone was delivered to me. The device was given in on the 20th August 13 and after several emails to Sipho which he instructed me to phone a Mohammed so that he can advise me why the device is not being fixed. My reply to him were that it is not my responsibility to phone MTN staff all I need is to have my phone back which I could not use and neither my cell number since then to date. So I now have a Vodacom number where limited people have this contact number because my no 0832690428 I have had for more than 17 years and this is the contact number for all application forms that I have completed. I would like to ort this number if possible once this problem is being resolved and the subscription fee for August and September should be reversed since I could not use my line. I Would like to know how soon I can have the phone fixed and the problem resolved. Several complaints have also been sent to MTN and nobody has since contacted me on 011 4936111
