I took my phone into Autopage Pavillion on the 25th May for repairs. My phone was booked in and 2 weeks later I was sms'd to pick up my phone. Whilst my phone was being "repaired" I constantly sms'd by Sameera to say that my phone was still in "repairs". I then picked it up this past saturday and the guy who gave me my phone said to me that it is fixed but he cannot tell me what was wrong with the phone as the job card was not completed. I then asked for my client copy as proof of the phone being booked in, just incase I need to bring it back. The guy told me that I didnt need it. I then went home and put the phone on only to find out that it was not fixed. I then called Sipho from Autopage head office and he advised that the phone was never booked into JHB for repairs and logged a complaint on my behalf. Apart from Sipho's excellent service I am absolutely disgusted in the service i have received from Autopage because he I was under the impression that my phone was being fixed when in actual fact it was sitting in the back room collecting dust and i was to!!! Disgusting!
