My wife recieved her monthly R50.00 airtime from our service provider MTN. Shortly after that, she recieved an sms from a strange number which included a link to a so called weather updates. She ignored the sms and carried on with life. She did not use her phone the whole day. The following day the same sms came again and my wife ignored it. Later that day she checked her airtime and about R40.00 had been taken from her phone. She was absolutely shocked and did not know what to do. We contacted the service provider, MTN who then informed us that a subscription service with Mira Networks was active. I was very upset as my wife nor I had activated such service. The call center agent was very helpful and sent an instruction to Mira Networks to cancel the subscription. My wife and I thought all had been sorted out.

A few days later the same sms came and airtime was taken off. My wife contacted Mria networks today and a person answered the call, when she said I want to lay a complaint they cut the call and after that she could not get through. Please can this issue be sorted out urgently as she requires her airtime. This company is full oh and they are dirty.
