VERY POOR SERVICE

I am very angry with MTN as they offer very poor service and I want to cancel my contract with them effective immediately for luring me into a contract under false pretences and not keeping their end of the bargin. MTN had promised a discount of about R230 if I upgraded my contract, up until now I have NEVER recieved that discount. When ever you call the call centre to try resolve or query the you will for 20 minutes with NO answer from the call centre. They also told me the charge for the contract was R449 not once have I ever paid that amount I am paying far more for the contract then what was said. MTN has to be thEE MOST UNPROFESSIONAL service provider and deceitful. I have had contracts with 3 other telecommunication service providers but i HAVE NEVER received such poor service, unprofessionalism and deciet from any of them except from MTN.
