I upgraded my sons contract on the 8th of October. I accepted the contract INCLUDING BIS at R129 a month as confirmed by Matsebeso (the agent). My son phoned me the evening of the 8th saying his BBM and internet is off. I phoned the call centre and they informed me that the BIS was indeed deactivated the same day because the contract was changed to the R99 contract which EXCLUDED BIS and not to the contract INCLUDING BIS which I requested. The agent signed me up for the incorrect contract. After numerous calls to cell c's customer care they activated my sons BIS again the next day. This is just not on Cell C, I've never received good service from you guys when upgrading my contracts and now I'm stuck with you for yet another year.
