I made a notice to cancel my contract with mtn on 24 Dec 2012, which was a 30 days notice. When they were supposed to cancel my contract they de-activated my number. The call centre agent who was helping me with cancellation notice did not mentioned to me that if I cancel the contract my number will be de-activated or I have an option to keep my number and migrate to pre-paid. My number was de-activated on last week Friday I have been making calls to them to re-activate my number, but non of them is able to assit me correctly all they are doing is giving me all different information but these people are working for one and the same company MTNSP, why you are such failure MTN? Why you don't value me as a customer who have been so loyal to you for the past full four year paying all due to you ontime, this is how you are thanking me as a customer? I say goodby to you with your poor service you will never get my contract again in my lifetime, coz even your network lines are very poor, I will all people can cancel their contracts with you so you can realise how important they are and valuable to you. for years deeply* Call ref: 96394289, JULIA, 96416597 MUSA, 96549101 THATO
