Poor service, and not keeping to promises

My wife took out a data contract at Game on the 24th of Dec 2012, on the 31st whilst using it, data ran out. We were supposed to be on a contract which had 1 gig of day use, and 1 gig afte hours, however, the contract was incorrectly loaded on a top up contract. The service on Vodacom's call centre was poor, unwillingness to help, putting us on hold for 20 minutes, promising to call back and then never delivering. Promsing to sort with Game, and again no response on communication except bad attitue. Overall service and attitude was extremely poor, two ladies in particular, whose names I have now forgotten. Left a poor taste in my mouth
