I got debited for a number that was previously contract and has now been switched to prepaid and i can't get through to customer care because their useless system keeps asking me to enter the contract number im querying (and then says the number is Pay as you go)!! and the people from the prepaid department keep telling me to call the contract department!!
Hello!! the number is Pay as you go now which is why I shouldn't be debited for it!! So who do i call now???
