New excuse everyday

I applied for a contract phone the begining of February now i was previously vodacom but since i can keep my number i wanted to move over to MTN. i converted my vodacom number to prepaid and contract was filled in by mtn. Now mtn keeps telling me that the problem is with vodacom, so i check with vodacom they send me proof i am prepaid, now mtn says they must resend my contract so fine I wait again. it is now 12 days into march and i still dont have my contract now apparently, now there is some porting issue. Every person has a new solution that just never works. Should i just go back to vodacom??? the number i have added below is just a contact number not the number i am trying to convert to mtn
