MTN is pathetic

MTN is messed up what the is this that you need to take your phone back to the branch you bought it for repairs??? I mean the fact that I took it to an MTN branch should be enough!!! and they should be able to see my phone on their system. I am so right now, I wouldn't have went to sandton knowing very well that I must take it back to westgate mall, this is BULL.
the last time I went to westgate from sandton for my phone and one of the workers there said I could have just took it to the MTN store in standton. But this time I should take it to westgate. Your system is up so are your workers..
