Bad SERVICE and RECEPTION PROBLEMS

I am a Vodacom client for a good number of years and have not had such bad RECEPTION AND SERVICE PROBLMES. I have endless reception problems in my area where I have to always recall someone or they call me back. There's several different handsets in the house and most of them are new so its not a handset problem. Vodacom has several references of this on their system including voice logs. I now have to use my landline to make mobile calls which is a cost to myself. I have asked for their accounts department to call me for a refund or at least offer some sort of resolution, but they have not even called me back. I called last week and they said that they will look into it again and send me a reference number. No reference and nothing doing. Today I received a call from a supplier and I answered. The guy on the other side says it was diverted elsewhere yet I answered and could not hear him even though my handset showed that I had taken the call. This has been on going from the beginning of the year and they have not sorted out anything yet. The only excuse I got was that they have to build new base stations. Yet they renting their air to other networks. Lowsy!!!
