Neotel giving wrong information to TransUnion

I am very disappointed in Neotel. I had an valid account with Neotel. But somewhere along the line, Neotel created another account on my name due to a system error on their side. They even got the lawyers to contact me with regards to payment of this account. I have no idea what the account was for and they later confirmed that was due to an error on their side. They stopped harassing me after a while, but now I found that they informed TransUnion that I have defaulted on this account. I am now not able to qualify for a pending home loan application due to this. Incredibly frustrating. The call centre promised me to send a certificate saying that this is a error on Neotel's side, but nothing has happened. Please sort this out ASAP.
