Poor reception and poor service

I have been with Cell C since 2004. Recently, the reception at my residence has deteriorated to such an extent that I must take drive to an area where there is reception to make a phone call. I am also unable to use the data even if there is 3G reception. This has never been the case previously with Cell C. (Vodacom and MTN phones have normal reception at my residence.)

I have been with Cell C since 2004. After numerous times of reporting this issue to Cell C (through the help line and at the local Cell C store) they only came back with a reference number and always promise that I am on the priority list. A consultant has phoned me (ironically on my other Vodacom number because he could not hear me on my Cell C number) but evenhe could not get my address on their system. Phoning the consultants to follow up on the reference number is frustrating and not one of them have given me the same feedback yet. If I am on a priority list surely Cell C must make contact with me more than once?

Now I have a contract and a phone which I can't use at my own residence.

Can a competent person at Cell C please assist me to solve my issues?
