Sms bundle "already charged"

Last night at 19:33:48 and 19:34:09 I bought two sms bundles from terminal 7170 at Supersave Covenience store in Lyndhurst/Kew.
I was able to load my bundle, but when my wife tried to load hers, she got a message to the effect that it had already been charged. I have phoned Vodacom several times, three calls of which took over ten minutes, with no result. I am really angry about this!
