CELL C CAN'T SORT OUT COMPLAINT OR THEY DON'T CARE

I COMPLAINED PREVIOUSLY " NO NEW CONTRACT IF YOU USE THE NET".

I RECIEVE AN SMS FROM THEM WITH A REFERENCE NUMBER AND TOLD I WILL BE CONTACTED. ONE WEEK LATER. I GET A CALL TO ASK IF I'VE BEEN CONTACTED.

THEY CALL AND THE PERSON HAS NO IDEA WHAT'S GOING ON WITH MY COMPLAINT OR WHAT I WANT AND ON ONE HAS EXPLAINED IT TO THEM. IT'S ALSO SALES AND IN WANTED AND UPGRADE.

THEY SEND ME TO UPGRADES AND THIS PERSON HAS NOT BEEN TOLD WHAT THE PROBLEM IS SO. I CHAT TO THEM AND EXPLAIN. EVENTUALLY THEY SAY THEY FIND THE CONTRACT I WANT BUT I WILL WAIT TWO WEEKS FOR THE PHONE. SO I SAY NO I WON'T THEY HAVE ME AROUND SO THEY WILL FIND THAT PHONE AND GET IT TOO ME ASAP OR UPGRADE THE PHONE ON THEIR COST. I'M TOLD SHE'LL DISCUSS IT WITH THE SUPERVISOR AND CALL ME BACK.

I TELL HIM I'VE WASTED ENOUGH OF MY PER HOUR PAY TODAY ON THE PHONE WITH THEM. PLEASE CAN HIS SUPERVISOR E-MAIL ME. HE SAYS HE UNDERSTANDS AND HIS SUPERVISOR WILL E-MAIL ME. A COUPLE MINUTES LATER I RECIEVE CALL I REFUSE TO ANSWER. I HAVE NEVER RECIEVED AN EMAIL. AND IT'S BEEN TWO WEEKS.
