Sales persons at cell c useless

Seems like every time I upgrade my contract with cell c I end up at hello peter. I was contacted by a sales person asking if she could do my upgrade. I ordered a specific phone that she recommended according to the package I wanted. I was promised delivery no later than 24-01-14. I called cell c yesterday to check why delivery was late and I was told that the phone I wanted is obsolete and out of stock. I was told that they would call me back and resolve the issue, they have not done so. How the can cell c sell me a phone that is out of stock and worse over obsolete. Sales people should know what they are selling, they are absolutely Incompetent and stupid. Please resolve ASAP
