Cell c has no service to existing customers

Cell C's service is completely useless. On Friday 11th Jan 2013 i wanted to inquire about my new cell c contract delivery... after spending my last R50 of airtime trying to get an answer out of the one call agent my line was dropped and with no surprise i did not recieve a call back.

after that i tried to use the alternative options to contact cell c (sms, email and the website function called "write to us") NOTHING!!!
No reply of any sort except for the automated email responce from their system.

this morning i recieved my package and imediatly tried to activate my new cell c account by calling the 084145 number.
THE RESULT: 5 calls to the call center to the activate your account department, a total of 36 minutes later and another R50 of airtime down the drain... NO ANSWER AT ALL.

BUT, when you call the same number and choose the sales option (new account, upgrade account, specials) you will get an answer everytime within 10 seconds.

I tried to explain my problem to one of the sales consultants but they refuse to help me in anyway except if i would like to upgrade my account... they also just kept on repeating the number that i just called...
