Terrible Service for Giga20 deal

I applied for the Giga20 deal from Cell C. So once I got it activated, i called the call centre to ask how do I check on my available balance and was told the normal 14302 route, the consultant advised that this is a top up kind of contract and once my data is over i can fill airtime and use it. So I got an sms from cell c saying my limit is r2000. So i called the call centre and was told this is an error and that I should ignore it. So when ever i reached my 5gig peak cap or the 15gig midnight cap I received an sms (saying im going to be paying for any data that i use) which was fine for the pass couple of months. Now for this month (April) I havent received any notification from Cell C saying that i reached my cap, but its says my usage is R1070.62? I understand human error but the call centre consultants shouldnt advise people incorrect information, i was advised that I only pay R189pm for 12 months. I do understand that it costs 15c out of data bundle I havent received any statement from you guys either. I just want an explanation why am i being billed so much each month when I was told it is a top up contract. Please do listen to my calls and give feedback.
