I went to the 8ta store in cresta to renew my contract for the deal that was messaged to me for 199 bundle and also includes the night surfer and was told to come back with proof went the next day with proof and was told again to come back another day as there is no manager. What will 8ta do to fix this problem and make me a happy customer or must I cancel and not even bother with this company as I can see that you don't even care about your customers.
