Rate this as one of the worst service company's in South Africa.
One of my many problems with them.
Beginning of August I added on a 2 gig data bundle on an ongoing basis to be debited to my contract monthly. This was confirmed. End of August I get a bill and a debit against my credit card for over R 4000. I call within 48 hours and ask why. I get given a story that it is my fault but because I have proof they will rectify and refund immediately. Today being the 30/09 no refund and guess what another debit of R 4750 against my account. I speak to Jeanette Strydom who promises me a call within the hour and no call. I call at 16h20 and she is not there as accounts is closed. Now i'm told they have credited my account held with Autopage for August today, still no refund to my card and they have no note re the new debit done today. I have been on the phone to Autopage for over 24 minutes with client services and they have logged for the next refund. Nice to know that it takes over a month and they do nothing, how about the costs of the finance charges that I have to pay and then the interest they are earning on my money and the other thousands they do the same thing
