Overcharged on debit orde

I bought my new contract with Autopage on 18.10.2013.
I signed for a family topup for R160.00 a month.
I was charged a R150.00 Admin fee I had not been told about.
I added on 50 sms bundle and a 250 meg data bundle.
I was told my bill would be R233.00 a month with the add ons.
My first deduction was R319.00
I had been charged for 500meg plus other charges and there was a once off fee I had not been warned about of approx. R25.00.
I phoned the call centre who sorted out the meg situation, and they said I must go into the branch to sort out the other billing problems, I did on about the 03.12.2013.
I have just received a notification that I will be paying R293.00 on the next debit cycle.
I did not sign for this amount, and have also not heard a word from autopage after telling them about the problem.
I have not received a credit or refund for the too large meg bundle that was added on.
I have been a client with autopage for many years... it is the first time I have had a problem but it needs to be fixed
