My husband took out a new contract with Cell C on 30/09/2013, and the phone was delivered on 08/10/2013.When it was delivered I discovered it was the wrong 1 he ordered, we wanted the 9790, but we received the 9720, we called Cell C within the hour to query an exchange and was told that we can exchange within 7days of receiving the phone. The consultant arranged collection and said the wrong phone will be collected within 4/5 days-it was only collected yesterday-22/10/2013-2weeks later after numerous phone calls to Cell C call centre. MY concern now is will the phone still be exchanged? How long Cell C will take to inspect and let us know what the outcome is -TIME FRAME? and when can we receive the correct phone -will it take another 2/4 weeks? Will we now be debited for this incorrect phone that was sent back at the end of the month? The consultants at the call centre cannot answer any of these questions, and this whole situation has become a nightmare for us. I will appreciate it if someone CAN answer us urgently.
