Incompetent and not paying back my own money

Today I am a very unhappy customer of Autopage. As a loyal client since 2000 and therefore I believe that I haven't receive the service I earn.

Autopage made a mistake by debiting my bank account with the incorrect amount. I called Autopage on 04/02 and the fifth person was able to try to understand my account. To my disbelieve he (Cameron Nicol) clearly didn't understand and a refund of R13.55 iso R1179.38 was done. I again call Autopage and after I insist on speaking to a supervisor, I got through to Ranita. She confirmed that she logged an urgent call and type down the whole story and also confirmed that my refund will be in my bank account today the 13/02/2013. But it is not in my account... I again called Autopage and after a call of almost 15 minutes, Elsie again logged another call.

Can you please advise urgently to when I will receive my own money back from Autopage? Why are the people at Autopage so incompetent and not able to assist me? And what are you at Autopage going to do to accommodate me and co
