Up-grading of cancelled Contract

On the 5th July 2013 I called MTN Call centre after bad customer services, to cancel my cellphone contract with them when it expire in October. On the 16th September 2013 my cancelled contract was upgraded, I called MTN about this on the 17th September 2013, they said I must send them the copy of ID and affidavit so they can investigate which I did they promised that it will be solved by the 24th Sep 2013 when I called to follow up, they rude call centre agent said it case was closed on the bases that the affidavit was not signed on the which is falls it was signed by the police. This is real bad services
