On the 29/08/2013 we upgraded my contract for mentioned number to top up 135, which included free minutes and date. the upgrade was done and on the 20/09/2013 a statement was recieved which reflected itimised billing and bis for september which had to be cancelled. we also noticed that no data was loaded to the contractfor month september 2013. we went to vodacom southern centre branch bloemfontein on the 1st of october and spoke to petro van Rooyen and she said that she would log a call and give us feedback by the 4th october 2013. she never did and on the 8th october 2013 we went again to the shop just to hear from petro that vodacom did not respond to the request. today is the 14th of october 2013 and we still have no response to this matter and still no data loaded to this contract neither any credit for services loaded in september which we cancelled with the upgrade. is there anybody that please could respond to this matter please because i dont believe any thing what Petro van Rooyen is telling me
