Trying to cancel contract and stop debit order,!

In July 2013, we called to cancel this contract, because this contract was surpposed to come to an end at the end of September 2013.At 11 November 2013 we made another call to the call centre and spoke to Katlego and he informed us it was diaries-ed but never cancelled, the next morning we called back again and spoke to Legato and assured us it will be stopped immediately, and then another debit went off, received a SMS saying the next debit date is on 20 December 2013. So it is still not cancelled... So if there is anybody that can help me I would be so glad. I want this contract stopped and all the funds that went off after this I want refunded. From very unhappy customers!!!
