PAYING FOR A SERVICE WE ARE NOT RECEIVING

Further to my initial complaint, it took many tries for me to eventually get hold of Mandla. I was then sent a form to fill in detailing the details of the dongle / laptop etc. which we purchased. I sent this to Mandla on the 20th of September?? We are nearly into OCTOBER MONTH and are still unable to use the laptop to access the internet, which was the WHOLE PURPOSE OF THE CONTRACT. When I try to speak to ANYONE in a senior position, I am told "they" ARE ON LUNCH, IN A MEETING, ON HOLIDAY, SICK, etc. etc. It's amazing that Cell C has not come to a complete standstill because apparently no manager is EVER available to sort out my problem. Please advise if I should just cut to the chase and contact the consumer council ombudsman because my patience has LONG SINCE RUN OUT.
