NO RESPONSE FOR OVER A MONTH

My husband purchased a deal with Jodie from Cell C, No 4 The Terrace, Westway Office Park Westville.
Durban. 0732501254. This deal was for a laptop with 2 gigs of internet a month. The idea was for my children to use this to access the internet for school projects etc. Since my husband brought the laptop home at the beginning of August, we have not been able to access the internet at home. I was told by my colleagues that Ms. Van Niekerk should have ascertained whether there was reception by doing a triangulation to our area first. Anyway, I have been trying to get feedback via email to her since 22nd of August as a message left on her cell the week before remained unanswered. I re-sent the mail again, to no avail. I then phoned Cell C help line and was passed around and around and eventually spoke to Mandla on 5.9.13 from the 'Escalation" dept who said he would sort it out and come back to me. Unbelievably, I am yet to receive an answer from anyone. Can someone please assist as you cannot get through to any management at Cell C to actually sort the matter out. Kind Regards Mrs P Gardner.
