Mandla delivers Outstanding client service!

On the 11th of February we mailed Cell c's escalation department regarding a query on my cell no. This was, unfortunately, not handled well and this resulted in much frustration and time wasting, nothing got resolved!

All of it changed for the better when Mandla Ncube, a senior ranking cell c employee, took over - which happened to be on Friday the 15th of February. Despite being inundated with calls from other clients, Mandla listened attentively to our problem and in a professional and charming manner, promised to have it resolved by the following Monday, 18th February, before "lunch"

True to his word, I received an email from him at 12:15 saying that the problem had been solved. Wow!! This gentleman called on time, solved a complicated issue very efficiently and made a client very happy. Because of this, we will be promoting the Cell C network to our business and social networks in South Africa and Abroad.

Mr. Allan Knott Craig sure has a great team at Cell C.
