I applied for a cell phone on contract, at the point of sale i was never asked if i have a prepaid number that i would like to port. And now I'm having trouble of porting the number and every single person at vodacom does not want to take ownership of their mistakes. I don't believe the service i have received from Vodacome, its pathetic and disgusting. I now want to cancel my contract. This is not professional at all and i don't recommend them. they plain USELESS!!!
