Pay for UNCAPPED and then pay for email!!!

Having used a little ISP down in Port Alfred on a capped normal line for years and years, my Father moved up here after tragedy hit him and he lost his home and all belongings. We moved to Telkom for speed and efficiency and pay for an UNCAPPED 2mg line costing over R900 a month. My Father sends out newsletters to over 3000 pensioners every so often and suddenly, using our line, he could only send 100 per hour, even though he uses a Groupmail service. I discovered (after speaking to SEVEN people) that Telkom want to charge 25c PER EMAIL over 100 -? You bet and I can assure you we will be moving BACK to our old ISP very very soon! This is DISGUSTING treatment and pure! I will be encouraging as many people as are on my Facebook to leave Telkom as an ISP. I am fed up with being robbed.
