Yet again No Service on IPhone 5 with LTE

So, after my initial complaint, somebody from Vodacom called me sometime in May and the said they reset something in my profile and wonder of wonders the No Service Issue Vanished and the phone would go into and out of LTE coverage as expected and not go into a No Service mode. All was well for about 3 months, then in the beginning of September and whilst running on IOS 6.1.3 I started to have the same issue when I was at my home. Had to reboot about 6 times a day. I thought maybe it would go away. I then upgraded to IOS 7 and the Carrier version 15.1 was pushed to the phone. I called the 082155 to log the issue on the about the 18th September and was told that the IOS 7 Should have sorted out all the problems, Jump forward to today and now the support center says that it is the IOS 7 that is causing the problem. To which I asked then why was I having the same problem prior to the IOS 7 Upgrade, The Support centers Idea of Resolving that is to disable LTE altogether. That Is not a solution. Vodacom Sells the IPhone 5 WITH LTE as a contract. They Don't say buy it but you cant use LTE. They are very happy to take my money every month. I'm at the point where I have had enough.
