Vodacom
CARRIER SOFTWARE VERSION 15.5

I upgraded my iPad to OS7.0.3 and the carrier software was upgraded to version 15.5 automatically. Vodacom does not upgrade their software as my sim is version 15.0. I now sit with no service but i am expected to continue paying vodacom!!! This is breach of contract as due to Vodacom's negligence or lack of interest I cannot use the package per the agreement, as it does not work.
I need this problem rectified once and for all and dont telll me that it is an Apple problem as we all know that this is a Vodacom problem. Alternatively cancel my contract and I will go to MTN where these problems do not exist.
