LTE - Coverage issue

Hi There,

I have a HUGE problem here.

I bought an iPhone 5 in January 2013. After a huge debate and a comment to hellopeter regarding the nano sim I thought all my problems were resolved. However I am sitting with an even bigger problem. Vodacom boasts about LTE and how great it is - however on my iPhone 5 I am unable to use it - because as soon as I enable LTE and am in an LTE covered area I am unable to receive phone calls.

I am running a business off my phone and cannot afford this, however I would also like all the services that vodacom has to offer such as LTE.

I have logged various calls with Vodacom to hear that there is an issue and that the technical team is working on it and I will receive a SMS once it is resolved. I received the SMS and its still the same!!

The problem ranges from my phone going to voicemail, my phone sounding like its being diverted THREE times before it actually starts ringing on my phone, and the worst is that it rings on the customers side and I dont even get a notification of an incomming call or a missed call for this matter.

I am very angry and disappointed in the service with vodacom.

Please advise or resolve as soon as possible!!
