Vodacom
False advertising and breach of contract

I ordered a sumsung galaxy mini on the internet on thursday 19 September. Vodacom approved the sale and sent a referall number to my cell phone. Since then i have made 3 phone calls to vodacom asking when the cell phone will be delivered and i keep getting stupid excuses why it has not been sent yet. On the internet it says 24 hour delivery service but nearly 3 weeks later its still not here.
