No Internet service, no telkom service

I haven't had any Internet service for the past week. I have upgraded to a 2meg line and since then I can't browse the Internet, nor receive or sent emails. I CAN'T DO ANYTHING!!! And it doesn't seem that Telkom cares, as long as they receive their money every month and more, who cares about customer services or satisfied customers??? This is not the first time I am experiencing bad service. Three months ago I had the same problem with the same BAD SERVICE. It took Telkom a month to sort it out. And on top of it all, Telkom can't read requests; I keep on asking to get updates - nothing! I keep on asking them to contact me before coming to my house, because we work during the day - nothing!! I am horrified with the capabilities and competencies of Telkom!!! I am sure there are other Internet service providers that are still proud in their service and will do anything to retain their customers.
