Cancelled Internet without permission

My business is Adrian's First Fruits. My Internet has been cut without reason or written permission by Telkom. I went to the Cape Gate TelkomStore yesterday and Siphokazi says it was Kelly who did it. I asked who gave permission, where's the proof and they could not show me anything. But I have been complaining on 10217 line as well. My business phone line was also off since 7 Jan, because of Hellopeter they came to fix ph line but not Internet yet. I had to sign another application yesterday for Internet but still have no response from them. Also Telkom wants me to pay R457.40 acc no 136648460001. But I had NO ph line or Internet for Jan 2013. Please help. This is a business line, I cannot receive any recons, orders, emails, etc... but Telkom still wants to be paid. There is NO customer care service for Telkom. So we, the customers just have to take what they say and wait And wait and wait for service...
