I was due for an upgrade and after battling to switch to a new package and upgrade since June and eventually on 29092013 I received an sms to inform me that my upgrade has been successfully processed. My debit order went off on 28092013 at the new lower package rate, eventhough the new contract said that the debit order date will be the 2nd of each month. I have been with them for over 2 years and have only received 2 statements from them. 2 days ago I received 5 SMS's informing that my account is in arrears by R 103.00 and my line will be disconnected in 2 days time. I haven't received any recent statement but according to them my account is in arrears and all my debit orders has gone off on the due date. Despite all of this I then paid the R 103 anyway on Tuesday 08/10/2013 BUT; Today my line has been disconnected and I bought some prepaid airtime and earlier today, i received another Sms saying my account is in arrears and they want to deduct a debit order for the R 103.00 I that have paid via Eft and that wasn't due according to me - in the first place
