Bad service!!!

I paid R430 at Shoprite on Thursday the 4th April 2013. Today it Saturday and the service is not restored. I've already lost R125 In airtime trying to get to a consultant. I have also sent countless number of emails only to get an automated response, the same goes for their sms system. All I want is to be reconnected to the service I paid for. Is that too much to ask. I don't know what else to do for as I see it I'm yet to run out of money buying airtime. I doubt if I'm valued as a customer... if they value me at all I wouldn't have to part ways with R125 worth airtime just to be reconnected... those automated email responses mean nothing as far as I know, its highly possible that there is noone manning them. This is bad service and I can't accept to be treated like this after I paid R430 R125 in airtime. That's too much and so unfair... from a very angry and irritated customer!
