Sim Swop still not done

Good day,
I recieved my Blackberry z10 on Thursday and I did an sim swop with cell c direct the very same day via the call centre and my new microsim has not been activated yet. Ive been calling 084145 since 8 today and i've been waiting for the consultants to pick up their phones for more than 20 minutes.
Please attend to me urgently as I need to activate my data services on the new phone.
