Unjustified enrichment - won't help me

I bought a data bundle on the 2nd of November, it was sent to a wrong number that belongs to no one, as a result i activated that number. MTN said i can do a sim swop to be able to use my data which i paid for. When i did everything they ask me to do they won't do a sim swop. I need either my data to be transferred or be refunded. I have been trying to get this done and after promises from MTN to get back to me there is simply not help from them! They are very quick to take your money but won't give me the data i bought and its already the 13th! This is unjustified enrichment. I am also a contract customer with a couple of lines thats due for upgrade... i won't stay with MTN if this is how they handle old customers.
