Wait in the Queue for ONE HOUR to be served

Went to MTN Hemmingways and waited for a hour to be helped. Then took another hour to actually book the phone in. That is two hours of my weekend. If you are understaffed that is your problem. I am paying for a service. I received my handset yesterday from repairs. The phone has no sound. Its the third time it has been for repairs. Management continuously say it must be assessed. I will be handing this matter over to lawyers now as i feel i am being robbed. Its disgusting to know such a huge service provider gives such poor service and customer satisfaction. I escalated this matter to Roshan the regional manager, i am expecting a call and feedback regarding the progress on my new phone. This phone is clearly a defective device. Roshan says that his consultants just do a visual inspection of the phone -the first time it went for repairs it was noted as good condition. When I received the phone it was physically damaged. Now MTN is accusing me of the damage-pathetic. Faizel the consultant removed the cellphone cover himself!!!
