1 year complain, incorrect billing

My son and his wife were paying the account manually because of your error and all the numbers were soft-locked!!!
The debit did not go through my bank because the amount to be debited was not the one I instructed my bank with! Your error has inconvenienced myself, my sister, my son and his wife (who had to go pay the account manually) plus my many hours on the phone with Nashua Mobile. I have also an extra R90 to pay on debit order reversal. I called and spoke to Bulelani yesterday, and was on the phone with him, while he phoned my son in Cape Town to sort your SORRY mess.

I have had it! I am fed up! If you were my employee, you would have been fired.

It is very simple what I ask you to do.

1. Give me the invoice for my sister for this month so that I have proof that your accounts department has NOT billed her for what I have been charged with. My sister and I will sort our own financial matters out.

2. Find the battery.cell no: 0844075522 and DELIVER IT to my sister. You CANNOT possibly be escalating your repairs department for something that was handed to you in JUNE 2012
